First was acquainted with the practice of Zhong Yuan Qigong and Image Medicine in 2000 and was amazing by the simplicity and effectiveness of treatments of diseases and exercises to maintain good health. In 2004 she came to China to learn more about Qigong with Master Xu Mingtang, and also study Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.

Since 2004, she is a personal student of Master Xu Mingtang, participant and interpreter (Chinese, English) of Shaolin retreats by Zhong Yuan Qigong, Certified Instructor 1 and 2 levels ZYQ.
Apart ZYQ practicing various health-improving  complexes qigong, such as "8 pieces of brocade", "Game of five animals", "Six healing sounds",  complexes Tai Chi.

Since the opening of Institute "Kundawell" in 2007 is engaged in research intractable diseases (as a probationer).

In 2010 she graduated from the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine on specialization: acupuncture, moxabustion, herbs and massage Tui na, receiving a bachelor's degree. Had training in five hospitals in Beijing, has been involved in the rehabilitation of patients after stroke, she gained invaluable experience in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases by TCM.

Since 2008 she is participant of many seminars, conferences and workshops on TCM, acupuncture, moxabustion, pulse diagnosis and ancient folk cures for diseases.

At the present moment she is a graduate of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and conducts research in the field of hypertension treatment methods of TCM (acupuncture) in Beijing Hospital of TCM. Conducts research in various methods of self-improvement and self-regulation.
